Returns & Refund Policy
At BelleMoon, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used candles, oils, or incense once opened.
How to Return an Item
Contact Us – Email us at returns@bellemoon.org with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Your Return Label – We’ll provide a prepaid QR code or return label (return costs may be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty).
- Pack Your Items Securely – Ensure your item is well-protected to avoid damage during transit.
- Drop Off Your Return – Use an InPost locker, Collect+ store, or Post Office to send it back.
- Refund Processing – Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
